Complaints and Disciplinary Panel
Pursuant to articles 13(a) and 15(a) of the Constitution, the Executive Committee on 21 December 2024 appointed a subcommittee to be called the Complaints and Disciplinary Panel to investigate complaints by or against the Association or its officers, to determine the facts of such complaints, to decide what action to take in consequence, and to report its decisions to the Executive Committee.
The Panel shall give any person who is the subject of such complaint a copy of it and an opportunity to state his or her case orally and/or in writing to the Panel.
The President, in consultation with the Secretary and Treasurer, shall appoint and may dismiss the members of the Panel and its chairman.
